The Role: A Challenge for a Strategic Seller
We are looking for a driven and strategic Inside Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth in an assigned territory. In this role, you won't just take orders—you'll be a vital part of our growth by:
- Strategically prospecting and developing new accounts by marketing our innovative wound care solutions to clinics and physicians.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to presenting our products and services and closing sales.
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing accounts to increase volume and maximize partnerships.
- Collaborating with our team to assist in the documentation needed for reimbursement and authorization.
- Exceeding monthly sales quotas with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 2-3 years sales and territory management experience
- Experience in cold calling
- Demonstrate a consistently positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous, and professional approach in performing all assigned tasks
- Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work without close supervision
