• Basic Needs – We connect individuals and families with resources to address basic needs, such as food and housing, as well as public benefits.
• Financial Stability – We offer individualized financial and employment coaching, as well as financial education classes on topics such as debt and credit.
• Mental Health – We provide professional, confidential counseling for children and adults, individuals, and families.
Job Overview:
This position is responsible for the provision of quality, comprehensive, and well-integrated direct behavioral healthcare services for adults, youth and children in an outpatient counseling program. This includes both direct service (e.g., individual, couple and family therapy) and indirect services, including but not limited to documentation, public relations/marketing, and management of client caseload and assigned administrative duties. This position will report to our Central office but could require 3 days of work in the community.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Educational Psychology, Counseling, or other related field from an accredited College or University is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Full Licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Associate license will be considered.
- Minimum of two years of experience working in the field of counseling (Internship work will be considered).
- Experience and comfort working with children of all ages required (Play Therapy certification a plus).
- Ability and comfort seeing children in-person and through telehealth.
- Strong documentation and time management skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills is required.
- Ability to use Zoom
- Ability to work in the community and at our Central office
Compensation:This is a salaried, exempt position with a range of $60,000 - $78,000 annually dependent upon license status (Associate or Full Licensure). Benefits include full medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability and 403b retirement plan.
