Joining our Woodstock and Southern Vermont Team immerses an Associate Real Estate Agent in a supportive environment designed for long term success and growth. This position is treated as an independent contractor for tax purposes, and compensation is solely commission-based.
- 1-3 years professional experience and/or sales (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal, writing sample requested)
- Public relations/marketing background a plus
- A client-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
- Strong presentation skills, strategic thinking, research abilities and creativity
- Social media proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Interest in land conservation, the outdoors, gardening and/or farming a plus
- An upbeat personality and ability to quickly build rapport with people
- Enthusiasm for learning new tech tools and systems
- Organized, works efficiently and independently within the framework of a team
- Sense of design and aesthetics a plus
- Ability to work on weekends
- Vermont Real Estate License and driver’s license
