Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Filter consultation calls and assign potential clients to the appropriate Client Account Director.
- Follow up on missing information after the Client Account Director submits proposals to potential clients.
- Prepare contracts and service agreements.
- Handle referrals from international clients.
- Conduct client information research.
- Update CRM system data.
- Send information sheets, course overviews, and research reports to clients.
- Obtain pricing information from the marketing department.
Basic Course Support:
- Prepare relevant materials, collect participant information, arrange venues, and schedule consultants before training projects.
- Provide necessary support and assistance during training based on client needs (mainly remote).
- Collect materials and feedback forms from participants after training.
Invoicing and Payment Collection:
- Assist sales in tracking project progress, issuing invoices promptly, and following up on payment settlements to ensure timely collection within the billing period.
Requirements
- Preferably over 1-2 year of good customer service experience or sales support will be beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
