Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspire & Lead: Drive performance and help our team succeed.
  • Engage the Team: Promote safety, operational improvement, and excellence.
  • Delight Customers: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
  • Mentor & Coach: Develop a team of customer service stars.
  • Stay Compliant: Follow company policies and local regulations.
  • Manage Facilities: Keep our sites in tip-top shape.
  • Report Performance: Update Site and District Managers regularly.
  • Boost Efficiency: Increase car counts, reduce downtime, and minimize errors.
Requirements
  • 2+ years team leadership experience in a retail / customer service-based industry
  • Experience driving for and achieving results
  • Membership sales experience is a plus!
  • Excellent customer service expertise and ability to train and develop this competency in others
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with processing business administrative tasks (scheduling / payroll / sales tracking / KPI reporting)
  • Strong ethics and commitment to do the right thing even when no one is looking
  • Genuine drive to be the best, and a healthy sense of competition
  • Ability to train and develop others and gain buy in from peers and teammates
