Job Summary
The Strategy and Operations Associate at White Rock Medical Center (WRMC) plays a critical role in supporting the Chief of Staff and CEO in driving organizational success. This high-impact role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving complex problems across multiple business functions. The Associate will contribute to key initiatives in Finance, Marketing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Operations, providing analytical and operational support to streamline processes and achieve strategic objectives.

Essential Functions
Strategic Initiatives:
- Work with the Chief of Staff and CEO to design and execute high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for operational improvements, revenue growth, and cost efficiencies.
- Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Operational Excellence:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and drive organizational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with WRMC’s goals.
- Lead or support critical projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
Financial and Revenue Optimization:
- Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Cycle Management teams to optimize billing and collections processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
Marketing and Communications:
- Support the Marketing team in developing and executing campaigns that enhance WRMC’s reputation and patient engagement.
- Contribute to community outreach initiatives and partnerships.
Executive Support:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and CEO, providing insights and recommendations to solve complex challenges.
- Represent executive leadership in internal and external meetings as needed.
- Grow into an executive level manager in 1-2 years

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a high growth startup is highly desirable.
- Experience in operations, strategy, or cross-functional project management within a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully driving key initiatives and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced setting.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
