We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, including, but not limited to: managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining office files. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Requirements

Core responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries 
  • Greeting visitors 
  • Handling email correspondence 
  • Maintaining filing systems and data entry
  • Scanning, copying & preparing training materials & other publications
  • Ordering office supplies 
  • Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments


Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish 
  • Strong organizational and ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively


Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Bilingual required
  • Previous administrative assistant experience preferred 
  • Previous experience in construction industry a plus 
  • Must pass drug screen


Salary Description
$15/hr with a salary review after 90 days
