We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Body Shop Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the body shop

- Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary

- Provide customers with updates on the status of their repairs

- Ensure that the body shop is clean and organized at all times


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus
