Client Success Manager

Description
 The Client Success Manager is an important, individual contributor role responsible for managing day-to-day health plan client relations.  Reporting to a Client Executive, this client-facing role ensures client expectations are met or exceeded for the core business scope.
This support position will be responsible for the tactical execution and success of their assigned health plan clients.  The Client Success Manager supports the ongoing, operational management of a specific health plan client portfolio. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Oversees all core client engagement activities including:
  • Meeting schedule coordination
  • Direct meeting facilitation
  • Drafting notes and action items for ultimate distribution
  • Triage, review and organize client specific change requests 
  • Serves as first point of client contact and maintains working relationships with client leads
  • SME on operational aspects of the client (contract renewals, systems, market nuances, Performance Guarantees, reporting, etc) 
  • Maintains a strong understanding of services we deliver and our value proposition, communicating both clearly to our clients
  • Supports development and drafting of client facing presentations (Operational QBRs and Annual Business reviews)
  • Overall execution and quality oversite of all client-specific reporting
  • Escalates issues within the client and/or ProgenyHealth organizations where appropriate



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A commitment to help ProgenyHealth transform healthcare for women, infants, and families
  • A minimum of 3 years’ healthcare industry experience in client success, sales operations, account management or similar function, preferably with health plan clients 
  • Proven track record of client engagement support
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be adept at Excel and PowerPoint.  Salesforce knowledge preferred.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Positive reputation and credibility among peers as a professional expert in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proactive team player who can anticipate needs and take initiative to address issues as they arise
  • Strong organizational and time management skills – flexibility with moving from task to task as priorities can shift rapidly
  • Proven track record of solving tough and complex problems; a strong consensus builder.
  • Must have strong presentation skills and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Comfort with basic data analysis preferred
  • Clinical background preferred
