Description
- Performs receptionist, clerical, and other related duties in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Schedules patient appointments.
- Discusses benefits with patients, responds to inquiries, and makes referrals as appropriate.
- Communicates with patients and insurance companies regarding coverage, required deposits, and other related matters.
- Maintains waiting area in a clean, orderly manner.
- Maintains adequate office supplies.
- Complies with established policies/procedures/safety standards.
- Demonstrates excellence in customer/co-worker relationships.
Requirements
Education and Training:
- High school graduate or equivalency
Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal (SOE) skills.
