Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy Development
- Develop, implement, and manage co-marketing strategies tailored to APS' diverse partner types, including Referral Partners, Technology Partners, VARs, and Preferred Partners, to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Channel Sales Director and relationship owners (e.g., Referral Partner team, VAR program managers) to align campaigns with sales objectives and market opportunities.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee joint marketing campaigns with partners featured in the APS Marketplace, including banks, brokers, CPAs, HR consultants, and technology providers.
- Manage all phases of the campaign lifecycle, from concept development to execution and performance analysis, ensuring campaigns effectively reach targeted audiences.
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for each partnership type, fostering strong relationships with Referral Partners, Technology Partners, and VARs to achieve mutual goals and maximize value for both APS and its partners.
- Actively support Preferred Partners by developing strategies that enhance their visibility and success in the APS Marketplace.
- Content & Asset Development
- Work with internal contributors to develop co-branded marketing materials, such as case studies, webinars, blogs, and whitepapers, tailored to the needs of different partnership types and their audiences.
- Create partner-specific content to highlight the unique value propositions of each service type, such as Background Check Services, Earned Wage Access, and Time and Expense Management.
- Go-to-Market Alignment
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing contributors to align partner strategies with APS' go-to-market plan.
- Leverage insights from the Channel Sales Director and relationship owners to refine tactics that drive pipeline growth across all partner categories.
- Event & Webinar Coordination
- In coordination with the Tradeshow Specialist, plan and execute joint events, webinars, and promotional activities with partners, customizing efforts to meet the unique needs of banks, brokers, CPAs, and technology partners.
- Manage logistics, content creation, and follow-up activities to enhance engagement and generate high-quality leads.
- Performance Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership marketing campaigns, with a focus on ROI for Referral Partners, Technology Partners, and VARs.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and demonstrate the value of joint initiatives to APS and its partners.
- Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and partner developments across all categories in the APS Marketplace.
- Adjust strategies as needed to maintain APS' competitive edge and meet evolving market needs.
- APS Marketplace Support
- Actively promote and manage the APS Marketplace by highlighting the value of various partner types to customers and prospects.
- Support Marketplace updates to reflect changes in partner statuses, such as Preferred Partner designations, and collaborate with relationship owners to ensure accurate and compelling content.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake other duties as needed to support the success of the partnership marketing program and enhance APS' position as a trusted partner and service provider.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The list below is representative of the qualifications, skills, and abilities required and preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnership marketing, channel marketing, or a related role, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven experience managing and executing successful co-marketing campaigns.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a history of fostering productive partnerships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and CMS tools (e.g., Wordpress).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in the HCM or HR tech industry.
- Familiarity with content marketing and digital advertising.
- Strong client centric focus.
- Demonstration of outstanding communication skills internally and externally, across teams and functions.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for communicating progress at each phase of development as appropriate, including published roadmaps, requirements and other information.
- Strong planning and organizing skills and attention to details.
- High degree of both technical expertise and business acumen.
- Ability to work with people and work as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in an environment in which constant deadlines exist.
- Must be able to work the hours necessary to successfully perform in this position.
- Travel may be required up to 15-25% annually, primarily for onboarding, partner events, team meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Must understand all company guidelines, procedures, and workflow.
