Description


Joey’s Wynwood is seeking an energetic and friendly Coffee Cart Attendant to provide excellent customer service and ensure a delightful coffee experience for our guests. As the face of our coffee cart, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting cart area, and engaging with customers in a professional manner.

Compensation: 


$15.00 an hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully brew and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer requests and company standards.
  • Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system, manage cash, and handle card payments.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee cart and surrounding area clean and organized, including wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, and following sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies; report shortages to the manager or replenish as needed.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or as a barista is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
