Description:
Circle City ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analysis Trainee to join our Scottsdale team. Our Scottsdale center offers ABA services to adolescents and adults 16 and older.
Our ideal candidate would have experience working with adolescents and/or adults exposure in functional assessments and developing behavior plans to support individuals who may engage in problematic/interfering behaviors, as well as experience or a passion for programming in the areas of daily living skills, and social and vocational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small caseload of clients, providing individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst.
- Development and ongoing monitoring of Individual treatment plans, and behavior support plans.
- Support with staff training and supervision and providing feedback on staff enhancement and client progress.
- Participate in regular supervision sessions with a Licensed Behavior Analyst to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
- Help facilitate regular caregiver meetings under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst.
- Assist with identifying clients and families in need of additional support, such as families of clients with high-risk behavior, social skills groups, family support groups, etc.
- Participate in professional development activities and share information with the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.

Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a Master’s program in Applied Behavioral Analysis coursework or recently completed a Master’s program in ABA
- Be within 500 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam
- Experience managing a small caseload of learners. Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (i.e. teachers, related service providers, state-funded agencies, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and their families.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
