Our organization is looking for highly skilled and responsible LIFEGUARDS to join our team for SUMMER 2025! Great bonus potential for summer commitment!

 A successful candidate will be able to create a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor activities and ensure safety of all guests in designated areas
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
• Diplomatically enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
• Maintain a clean and organized pool area
• Attend regular training sessions to stay current with safety and rescue techniques

• Must possess current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or equivalent certification
• Strong swimmer with excellent physical fitness
• Ability to remain calm and react quickly in emergency situations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
