Position Overview
We are seeking a CNC Operator with a passion for precision and quality. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all machined components meet exacting standards. Your ability to focus on detail, adhere to specifications, and maintain quality throughout the production process will be critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Machining: Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet or exceed specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure every product meets quality      standards.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models with accuracy.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and address areas for process improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Work with leadership to diagnose and resolve machining issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, quality checks, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a focus on quality and precision.
• Proficiency in CNC operation (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, or similar controls).
• Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
• Expertise in using precision measurement tools and quality inspection techniques.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing flawless work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking ownership of individual responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred.
