As a Corporate Compliance Office you will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will be responsible for conducting compliance testing, audits, and investigations, generating reports, identifying, and resolving regulatory gaps, and assisting in the implementation of compliance systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit of records to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Arrange, conduct, and monitor compliance testing, audits, and investigations to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Generate detailed analyses and reports containing the results of compliance testing for presentation to management.
- Inform supervisors of any compliance violations and work collaboratively to address and rectify issues.
- Review internal systems, controls, and processes to identify regulatory gaps and deficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions to resolve them.
- Assist in the implementation of new and updated compliance systems, standards, processes, procedures, and policies across the organization.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of compliance information systems and processes to ensure continued adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to the healthcare industry, as well as company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver compliance training content and programs to educate employees on compliance standards and requirements.

Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, law, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience
Proven experience 2 years in compliance roles within the healthcare industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory standards and requirements
Certifications
Any one of the recognized Healthcare Compliance Certifications are required at hire or within 6 months of hire:
- Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO)
- OR
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
- OR
- Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC)
Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other relevant statutes.
- Experience conducting compliance testing, audits, and investigations, with the ability to generate detailed reports and analyses.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve regulatory gaps and deficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
