Description
- Perform data entry for related activities and coordinate all work documentation.
- Triages calls and inquiries from customers.
- Manage high volume of emails and calls and be able to prioritize appropriately as well as flex when needed.
- Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
- Reconciles various CRM reports on a monthly basis.
- Must be mechanically inclined with good aptitude and proficiency.
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products: Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Has strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, demonstrates sound judgment and excellent decision-making abilities, and shows a great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good analytical and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines with informational accuracy, and ability to work well under stress.
- High degree of self-motivation and independent decision making.
- Ability to work as a team player.
