As an Engineering Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience and have the opportunity to support our teams in designing, integrating, and manufacturing innovative products that meet our customers’ needs.

About the Internship:
As an Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our engineering teams to support the full product lifecycle, from designing new products to supporting operations in producing novel and innovative solutions for our customers. Whether you are assisting in the design of new devices, improving processes on the production floor, or learning how to manage engineering projects, this internship offers a diverse and valuable learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with mechanical setups, equipment operation, and process improvements on the production floor.
• Support the design, prototyping, and testing of new products and devices for healthcare and consumer applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve engineering challenges and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Learn to manage engineering projects, including timelines, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Gain hands-on experience with flexible packaging and medical device manufacturing techniques, including plastic welding and material processing.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current student pursuing a A.S or B.S. in Mechanical, Packaging, Biomedical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related fields).
• Strong interest in engineering, innovation, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and take on hands-on challenges in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus but not required.
