Description

The Campus Operations Support is responsible for assisting in maintaining a safe and clean campus while supporting the mission, vision and values of Indian Rock Church and School. This role requires attention to detail and hands-on problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the facilities and equipment to uphold the church’s ministry.

  • Must give testimony and evidence of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and sense the call of God to a serving ministry.
  • Help inspect the building, grounds, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safety in compliance with local and state building codes and safety regulations
  • Helping facilitate campus readiness for Sundays and other special services
  • Support cleaning and custodial services
  • Assists in repair and maintenance requests as instructed by supervisor


Requirements
  • Basic Knowledge of the use of equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, etc.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods standing and walking.
  • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Demonstrate a consistent Christian lifestyle as referenced by the:
  • Mission Statement of Indian Rocks
  • Statement of Faith of Indian Rocks 
  • Leadership Guidelines of Indian Rocks
  • Must be an active member of Indian Rocks as defined below:
  • Regular attendance in worship services
  • Regular attendance/involvement in an Indian Rocks Connection Group or Small Group
  • Committed to systematic stewardship and faithful in tithing.
  • Responsible to perform the other duties as assigned and approved by supervising personnel to include, but not limited to: Lead Pastor, Church Administrator, Associate Pastors, Generations Pastor or Personnel Committee
