We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist with expertise in both traditional and digital marketing strategies to join our firm. This role will be the primary marketing resource in the organization, requiring the individual to have a breadth of experience and resourceful openness to learning new skills. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in ensuring that our brand strongly resonates authentically with our target audience while maintaining a cohesive identity that supports business growth. A track record of success in developing and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns that drives brand awareness and lead generation is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience leveraging data-driven insights and utilizing artificial intelligence tools to optimize online visibility and drive business growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:


Develop & Execute Integrated Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis, coupled with internal strategic planning, to identify target audiences and develop effective campaign strategies.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), display ads, email, video and content marketing.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including ideation, planning, content creation, media placement, budget management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business development and leadership teams to ensure cohesive messaging and delivery against firm goals.
  • Manage campaign budgets, maintain dashboards of key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and maximize ROI.

Content Development & Execution 

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of organic and paid content for digital channels, including ad copy, blog posts, social media updates, videos, and graphics.
  • Collaborate with subject matter expert colleagues to produce compelling thought leadership content for organic and paid channels.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, platform-specific best practices, and audience engagement.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
  • Maintain a posting calendar and lead the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content.
  • Monitor social media conversations, respond to client inquiries, and manage online reputation.
  • Develop and manage link-building campaigns using AI tools to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends in AI and SEO to identify emerging opportunities for innovation.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & SEO

  • Manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics and insights to identify keyword opportunities, content gaps, and market trends.
  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Monitor industry trends in AI and SEO to identify emerging opportunities for innovation.

Communication & Events

  • Maintain firm website by updating and adding content as needed.
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture existing client relationships.
  • Lead or support communication programs in media, event or direct mail channels.

Brand Stewardship

  • Serve as the firm’s steward of brand integrity, ensuring consistent application of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across marketing and client-facing applications.
  • Work closely with internal staff to ensure all client-facing communications align with the brand's overall strategy and values.
  • Maintain inventory and availability of branded materials, such as marketing collateral and promotional items.
Requirements

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel digital media campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in content development, with a proven ability to produce impactful organic and advertising content.
  • Creativity and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proactive self-starter with demonstrated initiative and proven project ownership skills.
  • Team player experience and mentality; willing to give best effort on full spectrum of tasks ranging from simple/repetitive to complex/challenging.
  • Proven ability to ensure consistent brand presence and messaging across multiple channels.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for learning, innovation and problem-solving.


PREFERRED SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, MailChimp and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms and experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for persuasive storytelling.
