Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and professional B2B Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative approach to client engagement. This role involves identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential business clients in need of CBS's services, including managed IT solutions, cybersecurity, and office technology supplies.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and goals, and present customized solutions that align with CBS's offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including IT, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions, with a commitment to integrity and excellence.
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment and can effectively coordinate with various departments to achieve client success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: 

  • Base salary of $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Performance-based commission structure with first year On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding $100,000.
