About the Role
Pathfinder Bank is looking for a strategic and analytical Deposit Product Manager to develop and manage our retail and business deposit products. This role is for someone who understands market trends, customer needs, and profitability strategies to drive growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of deposit products—ideation, development, pricing, and performance analysis.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for new or enhanced deposit products.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as deposit balances, interest expense, and account activity.
- Ensure compliance with FDIC requirements, the Truth in Savings Act, and other regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail banking teams to optimize customer experience and drive engagement.
- Train staff on deposit product features and sales strategies.
- Work with IT and digital banking teams to enhance online and mobile banking capabilities.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, banking, or related fields with a focus on deposit products.
- Strong knowledge of deposit products, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
- Analytical skills with experience in pricing and profitability analysis.
- Ability to manage risk and align product strategies with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking data analysis tools (Deposit 360 experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Salary Description
$80,000-$115,000/Year
