Treatment Coordinator
Description


  • Maintain communication with Director of Clinical Services and Performance
  • Attend regular supervision
  • Ensures adherence and fidelity to existing curricula and treatment program and assists in developing and implementing new treatment programs.
  • Performs, when necessary, appropriate clinical duties, including individual, group, family, crisis intervention, lectures, educational or skill groups, and relapse prevention counseling when needed.  
  • Performs case management duties on an as needed basis.  
  • Functions as a positive professional member of the center by interacting therapeutically with staff, clients, families, visitors and others while also participating in outreach and marketing activities. 
  • Participates in quality assurance process including chart audits and utilization report, identifying trends, needs and recommendations  
  • Assist in coordinating schedule adjustment needs with business office related to staff time-off requests.
  • Ensure care delivery meets state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor that relevant data collection surveys are conducted ie) Point in Time Survey, Client Evaluation survey, Mental Health Evaluation Survey 
  • Collaborate with business office manager and maintain communicate with COO regarding policy, procedural, or indicator-based issues in business office duties, when relevant.  
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, the ability to learn how to use and maintain Electronic Medical Records, and have proficient computer skills.
  • Typing and repetitive motions.

Must meet in one of the following ways:

  1. Master’s Degree and 3 years paid experience, with 2 years of it being direct treatment service.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years paid full time experience, with 2 years of it being direct treatment service.
  3. CADC and 5 years paid full-time experience, with at least 2 years of it being direct treatment service.
  • Physical and emotional health adequate to perform duties.
  • Self-identified person in recovery from a Substance Use Disorder must have a minimum of five years of sobriety from substances of abuse.
  • Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check, UA, and TB test.
  • Must be CPR certified within ninety (90) days of hire.
