We are looking for a strong and passionate candidate to lead a key strategic initiative; pursuit and achievement of NRTL recognition and other accreditations such as ISO 17025 and ISO 17065. With the trusted NFPA Global Solutions brand, we are poised for significant growth and looking to find a candidate who is up for the challenge!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Owns the development and execution of plans to achieve NRTL, ISO 17025, ISO 17065 and other accreditations
• Leads accreditation scope expansion projects
• Leads and owns interaction with OSHA and accreditation bodies
• Works with technical team to develop and maintain all of the necessary quality documentation required for accreditations
• Ensures that the entire team is aware of accreditation requirements and their role in achieving and maintaining accreditations
• Works with leadership to instill a culture of quality throughout the organization
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership
• Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Deep knowledge of NRTL Program requirements and ISO 17025/17065 accreditation requirements
• Deep knowledge of quality management systems and auditing
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and superior presentation skills
• Must be energized and self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Ability to travel 10% of the time
• Can be full time / part time / contract / consultant
