HVAC / Cleanroom Certification Technician (Entry-Level)

Location: Blue Bell, PA HUB, servicing Southeast PA & Central NJ

Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000

JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a Junior HVAC Technician looking for a new challenge? At Quantus, we’re hiring Entry-Level Technicians to certify cleanrooms and biological safety cabinets—work that builds on your HVAC skills like measuring airflows, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring top performance. You’ll work onsite with cutting-edge tools to test air quality, measure particle counts, and certify controlled environments for leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies. If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy problem-solving, and want a career with purpose, this could be the perfect fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use your HVAC know-how to assist with cleanroom testing and certification (airflows, pressures, and more).
• Learn to operate tools like particle counters and anemometers—no prior experience with these needed, just a willingness to learn!
• Perform HEPA filter checks, airflow tests, and other assessments alongside experienced technicians.
• Keep accurate records of your work (we’ll teach you how).
• Follow safety rules in high-tech, regulated settings.
• Talk with customers about what you’re testing and why it matters.
• Get trained and certified in a specialized field while you earn.

SCHEDULE

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Rare weekend work with overtime pay when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed (overtime paid)

Work Location: On the road (Southeast PA & Central Jersey)

REQUIREMENTS

• Background in HVAC (1+ year as a Junior Technician or similar role) OR equivalent technical education.
• Comfortable with tools and hands-on work—your HVAC experience is a big plus!
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email—we’ll train you on the rest).
• Ready to lift 50 lbs and move around (bending, kneeling, standing) as needed.
• Valid driver’s license for local travel (company vehicle provided).
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Bonus: Any familiarity with GMP or controlled environments (not required).
