Summary
Seasonal Driver/Operations Support positions assist with daily location duties which may include, but not limited to, driving tender trucks, operating fork trucks, skid loaders, and general maintenance of equipment and the facility. This is a seasonal role that may work between March and August depending on weather. Must be able to work flexible, long hours and various start and ending times, including weekends. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver products to our customers and other branches
- Load and unload inventories - operation of fork truck/skid loader
- Assists in keeping all work areas neat and orderly - inside and outside
- Performs requested maintenance on the agronomy branch location's plant and equipment
- Continuously follow the safety guidelines and programs established by Superior Ag Resources Co-Op Inc.

Skills and Abilities
Agriculture and/or Farming experience is a plus
Ability to read and write
Knowledge of basic mechanics
Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission
Ability to operate a forklift and skid loader
Ability to follow established processes
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid Driver’s License for driving positions, Class A/B CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred
Physical Requirements
Able to sit, bend and reach overhead as part of daily activities
Able to lift 60+ pounds
Pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
