The Springs Resort and Spa is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Food & Beverage Attendant to be an integral part of our team. Where You Can Make an Impact:

  • Guest Service Excellence: Be the face of our resort by welcoming guests with a warm smile, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of perfect.
  • Menu Mastery: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, helping guests with recommendations and ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
  • Order Taking & Delivery: Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently, ensuring every guest’s request is fulfilled promptly and correctly.
  • Upselling & Engagement: Suggest daily specials, drink pairings, and menu items that elevate the guest experience and help boost sales in the process.
  • Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment—ensure tables are cleared promptly, dining areas are spotless, and all service areas are well-stocked.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside chefs, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure that food and drinks are served in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Guest Feedback: Listen to guests' needs, respond to requests, and resolve any concerns or issues swiftly, ensuring their experience is nothing less than extraordinary.
  • Compliance & Safety: Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for both our team and our guests.
  • Training & Growth: Participate in training sessions and continue learning to improve your service skills, staying aligned with The Springs Resort’s high standards.




Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Hospitality or culinary education is a plus, but not required.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a restaurant or resort setting, is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and remain calm under pressure.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Guest Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange with guests and team members.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks at once without compromising the quality of service.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and exceptional presentation of food and beverages.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers, kitchen staff, and management.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and sanitation practices in food service.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and open to learning new procedures and taking on new responsibilities as needed.
