Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for taking our inbound calls and help make sure our customers receive a 5-star experience.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and accurately capture our customer’s information
• Be professional and authentic when speaking with our customers
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional 
• Maintain communication with the team
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: Potential Earnings $43,000-$50,000/annually
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm
