NATURE AND SCOPE


CeriFi is a diversified education, training, and certification provider serving professionals across the financial and legal services market. As a member of CeriFi’s Sales organization, you will be responsible for growing revenue in new and existing channels and supporting our emerging sector in Tax and accounting education and training.


We are looking for a talented, competitive, and experienced Account Executive who thrives in a hunter sales role. The Tax Account Executive's role is to develop new B2B business and actively seek new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. A successful candidate has a proven track record of sales success and demonstrates strong listening, negotiating, and presentation abilities. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve revenue targets through new business attainment and support expansion opportunities in partnership with other vertical sales teams.
  • Establish relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers in targeted businesses within assigned territory.
  • Close sales; Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Provide strategic insights for continuous improvement of the growth of the territory.
  • Must be able to prioritize opportunities and focus on those that will yield the greatest success.
  • Maintain and expand database of clients within assigned territory.
  • Accurately forecast monthly sales pipeline and track key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Travel for industry specific tradeshows/conferences, in-person presentations and sales meetings, (frequency depends on assigned accounts).


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; accounting degree preferred.
  • 3+ years selling in the legal market.
  • Proven track record of selling into Tax & Accounting channels, ideally education/compliance offerings.
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Team player, highly self-motivated and proactive (demonstrate the determination, know-how, and accountability for achieving results).
  • Hunter sales mentality.
  • B2B sales experience required.
