Core Responsibilities

  • Client Journey Oversight: Ensure a seamless, “white glove” client      experience through timely follow-ups, relationship management, and ROI      reporting. 
  • Client Events: The role requires exceptional      interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to attend      both daytime and evening networking events to establish and nurture client      relationships. 
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition and      Human Resources teams to align client needs with service offerings,      driving relationship optimization and business growth.
  • Market Insights: Continuously monitor and leverage      knowledge of the competitive landscape to position The O’Connor Group as      an industry leader.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to various initiatives and      perform additional duties as needed to support organizational success.

   

Requirements

  

  • 5-7 Years experience in      Account/Relationship Management, Sales, or other similar fields.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required. 
  • You must be a curious problem solver. 
  • Exceptional presentation skills and strong      business acumen.
  • High attention to detail and an ability to      manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a      natural aptitude for sales and client engagement.
  • Excellent time management and      organizational abilities.
  • Proven experience communicating with      executive teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot      preferred).
  • High social intelligence and an unwavering      commitment to client satisfaction.

  

Travel Requirements

This position requires occasional travel to company meetings, networking events, and client sites as needed.
