Managed Solution’s Project Coordinator will ensure the successful delivery of IT services to new/existing clients by meticulously executing administrative processes in accordance with company procedures and project timelines. He or she will act as a helpful point of contact for clients and provide administrative support for internal staff throughout the onboarding/service delivery process. He or she will execute the Statement of Work (SOW) scheduling process, which includes receiving SOW requests from Sales and scheduling Engineer work time with Project Management.
