We're seeking a motivated DSD Sales/Relief Driver to join our Northern California team, covering the Santa Rosa area. This position offers a starting salary of $68,400 annually with the opportunity to apply for a commissioned Route Sales role after 90 days

What You’ll Do

• Sell, deliver, and merchandise products to established customers.
• Build relationships with store managers to grow customer loyalty and sales.
• Manage inventory, rotate stock, and ensure displays are organized and well-stocked.
• Handle service calls, resolve customer issues, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Use handheld devices to process orders, manage customer data, and track inventory.
• Complete all required reports and paperwork accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent (1 year of sales or DSD experience preferred).
• Clean DMV record and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer/data entry and math skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical Requirements
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Work early morning hours and drive extensively.
