Role: Machine Operator (3rd Shift)
You may see yourself in this role, if you are an experienced production operator who has mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and are looking for a serious career opportunity.
You will perform a range of tasks in the production of a transformer, including:
- Reading and understanding Bills of Materials, instructions and drawings.
- Operating a machine that makes coils for the transformers.
- Using a brazing torch to splice wire.
- Meet quality requirements of manufacturing procedure.

Basic:
- Ability to work night shift.
- Able to work limited over-time as needed.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings.
- Ability to perform basic mathematics and computations.
- Resides or intends to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Washington, Missouri.
- Must satisfactorily complete interview, talent assessment, background check, and drug screen.
- This position stands as safety sensitive: WTU will test for THC.
- Has current work authorization for employment within the United States.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
