Regional Director – Central Region (On-Site, Based in Dallas, TX)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development – Hire, train, and develop high-performing station leaders and frontline teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Operational Oversight – Hold station leaders accountable for on-time performance, safety, payroll, and compliance with company policies.
  • Fleet Management – Ensure proper maintenance, safety, and compliance of all vehicles within the region.
  • Strategic Execution – Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjust operational plans, and drive efficiency across all locations.
  • Hands-On Management – Regularly visit locations to provide direct support, assess operations, and implement improvements.
  • Customer Service & Safety – Foster a safety-first culture while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Travel – Travel up to 70% within the region to oversee operations, with a flexible schedule to support a 24/7/365 business.

Requirements

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of multi-unit leadership experience in transportation, airline, hospitality, or retail.
  • Proven experience in hiring, training, and developing strong leadership teams.
  • Strong fleet maintenance oversight experience to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ability to hold teams accountable while fostering a positive, results-driven culture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, P&L analysis, and operational reporting.
  • Must be based in Dallas, TX – this is an on-site leadership role.
