Description

Growing commercial general contractor and real estate Development Company seeks a sharp, professional, full-time assistant project superintendent at various projects in Metro Denver area.

Requirements: 5-10 years of construction experience with a commercial or multi-family general contractor in the capacity of supporting project manager and superintendent with submittals, RFIs, quality, coordination, scheduling, cost control, document control and issue tracking. This person will be responsible for managing work in the field and must have a strong aptitude for both schedule and quality control. BS in Civil Engineering/Construction Management a plus. Multi-family and commercial experience a plus. We are looking for a fun, energetic, hard-working person with an entrepreneurial spirit. Other important qualifications are strong computer skills (MS Office, MS Project); self-starter with initiative -- does what needs doing without being told; not afraid to take on new responsibilities or jump in to do what needs to be done; reliable and efficient; attention to detail; effective written and oral communication skills; ability to multi-task.
