Sun Services Pool and Spa Supervisor


Sun Services is seeking a Pool and Spa Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance, repair, and quality control of pools and spas. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with expertise in pool and spa operations, troubleshooting equipment, and customer service. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining operational efficiency and adherence to industry standards.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:


· Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is required.

· Train, guide, and supervise seasonal cleaning staff to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.

· Maintain accurate records of daily tasks, repairs, and service logs as required by Sun Services management.

· Diagnose and provide repair estimates for pool and spa systems, effectively communicating with Sun Services administrative staff.

· Requires Saturday and Sunday work as well as mid-week cleans.  Overtime may be required. 

· General maintenance experience is a plus.

Requirements


Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, standing, sitting, driving, reaching bending climbing steps/ladders, and lifting 50-85+ pounds; reading, comprehension, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.


Machines/Equipment: A valid, active NC driver license, for a minimum of 3 years (clean MVR); and the operation of basic tools and equipment, smart phone, or similar electronic device.


Work Environment: Exposed to outside weather conditions, fast paced, physically strenuous, climbing flights of steps inside and out, maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic.

Salary Range: Pay based on experience and proven ability, determined by Pool and Spa Manager.
