Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform data entry activities that may include verifying data and preparing materials for printing for Trilogy PLM and/or its family of companies.
- Protect the information and identities of our employees.
- Receive and process applications, and employee data, including training records into the Farmer’s Office program and onboarding events.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Respond to requests for information in a professional manner and access relevant files.
- Adapt to change with a positive attitude and maintain an open mind.
- Must be able to work well under pressure, in a deadline-driven environment.
- Assist in other clerical duties including filing, faxing, and copying documents.
- Utilize great interpersonal communication skills, compassion, and customer service.
- Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
- Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
- Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
- Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as credit bureaus and finance companies.
- Prepare badges, passes, and identification cards, and perform other security-related duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish/English and ability to communicate fluently in both languages for business purposes.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel
- Occasional travel to onboarding events
Qualifications:
- Human Resource experience in the Agricultural industry
- MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Education:
- High School required or Some College
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
