Premier Dental Group and Southshore Family Dentistry are looking for a compassionate and organized Travel Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing teams! In this role, you’ll travel between our two locations, offering support at both Premier Dental Group in Merrillville and Southshore Family Dentistry in Schererville. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their dental journey.
Pay: Up to $24/hour (commensurate with experience) + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus + Mileage Stipend

Your Role as Patient Care Coordinator:
- Own the front desk—greet patients warmly, manage the schedule, and handle calls with confidence and care
- Ensure patient records are accurate, up to date, and ready for every visit
- Be the go-to for patient questions and concerns, always aiming for 5-star satisfaction
- Keep the day flowing by working closely with our dental team to manage treatment coordination and provider schedules
