Responsibilities at a Glance
- Lead Research & Prospecting
- Use CRM tools and lead databases to identify and analyze potential clients.
- Leverage data like recent buying intent to tailor communication strategies.
Outreach & Engagement
- Proactively connect with prospects via phone, email, and other channels to schedule qualified appointments.
- Build strong relationships by answering queries, rescheduling appointments, and ensuring they’re completed.
- Collaborate with producers on email campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
Lead Qualification & Management
- Track and update leads in the CRM to keep everything streamlined.
- Import high-quality leads sourced from events or trade shows.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor outreach campaigns, adjust strategies for better results, and report key metrics like conversion rates to the Director of Business Development.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience:1-3 years of B2B sales, preferably 1 year in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance terminology, concepts, and coverage. CA insurance license in good standing is a plus.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Agency Management Systems, and CRM platforms like HubSpot. Familiarity with databases like ZoomInfo is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain complex issues clearly.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-moving, paperless environment and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
