As a SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Senior/Lead Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enhance HR and talent management processes.
- Lead client strategy sessions to assess current HR processes and align them with future business goals.
- Guide clients through the SuccessFactors Onboarding implementation, ensuring best practices and seamless adoption.
- Conduct periodic meetings to track project progress and address client needs.
- Maintain in-depth expertise on SuccessFactors configuration, integration points, and industry best practices.
- Support pre-sales efforts by delivering product demonstrations to potential clients.
Qualifications & Experience
Certifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification (Associate or Professional) required.
- Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- 3–4 years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience.
- Led 3–4+ medium-to-large scale implementation projects.
- Contributed to 7+ SuccessFactors projects overall.
