Description

Brij is seeking an Oracle JD Edwards Functional Analyst with hands-on experience across EnterpriseOne Financial Management applications to join our talented service delivery team.  The ideal candidate will have business process knowledge, as well as experience troubleshooting and providing end-user support. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for JD Edwards Finance-related support inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and provide timely resolutions. 
  • Diagnose, document, and resolve user-reported issues related to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and other financial modules, escalating complex issues when necessary. 
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions to improve the managed services experience.
  • Support JD Edwards Finance-related projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and the internal team to understand business needs, translate them into workable solutions.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Support the design, configuration, and deployment of JD Edwards Finance modules.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and system integration testing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate JD Edwards with other enterprise applications (e.g., banking interfaces, reporting tools, third-party systems).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Finance modules. 
  • Understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, business analysis, and process optimization within JD Edwards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams for resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Distraction-free remote workspace with the ability to participate in video meetings.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no sponsorship available).
