We offer an onsite, hands-on, and extensive training program, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to transition into the industry. This position a Full-Time “In Training” role, and we provide up to six months of training before placing the right candidate at one of our many Knoxville properties.
Position Overview
We are seeking qualified candidates with strong managerial and supervisory experience to oversee the operations of a residential community in Knoxville, Tennessee. While industry experience is not required, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and a proven track record in leadership roles. Our structured training program will lead the candidate through role progression (Leasing Agent, Assistant Manager, Community Manager) and target the skills needed at each level to build a successful foundation as a Property Manager. Additionally, the candidate will gain knowledge of different property types through local property rotation. This comprehensive training program will equip the right individual with the industry-specific knowledge they need to succeed as a Property Manager at LHP.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial management.
- Implement strategies to meet property goals and enhance the resident experience.
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and drive financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HUD regulations (training provided).
- Maintain high standards of property upkeep and safety.
