Key Responsibilities:
· Facilitate orders and schedule delivery of concrete products within the customer service department.
· Gather and analyze customer information regarding project specifics, order details, and delivery locations.
· Ensure orders are accurate and well-documented to meet customer needs.
· Collaborate with industry professionals while adapting and learning in a fast-paced environment.
· Assist with various tasks, including counter duties, delivery coordination, rebar fabrication, and warehouse operations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
· Availability to work overtime as required to meet business demands.
· Proficient computer skills with experience in relevant software applications.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a high level of energy and motivation.
· Class B CDL is a plus; knowledge of concrete products and the industry is highly desirable.
