As a Marketing Account Executive, you’ll join our passionate team of strategists, data nerds & communicators focused on generating value (and success) for your clients. You’ll work and collaborate closely across multiple teams and bring a passion for storytelling, customer experience & experimentation.
What You’ll Do:
Delivery on client accounts
? Build relationships with key client stakeholders.
? Conduct research to provide actionable and evidence-based insights to clients.
? Immerse yourself in the ag and construction industries, gaining a better understanding of the challenges your clients face.
? Be a proactive problem solver and keep the client in the know by communicating clearly and
often.
Project leadership
? Action and prioritize roadmaps and project plans to achieve client objectives.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally.
? Set clear delivery expectations based on business needs.
? Be a great example of our values.
Who you are:
? Marketing Strategy Experience: You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing strategy across media, creative and/or performance marketing. Agency or agriculture marketing experience is required.
? Curiosity & Creativity. You are a curious individual, constantly staying on top of trends in culture and the marketing industry. You can connect the dots to identify interesting insights and pitch provocative ideas.
? Project Management. You are organized and can simultaneously manage multiple engagements while consistently delivering high-quality work.
? Consulting and facilitation: You are a skilled facilitator and can navigate a variety of different personalities and work styles.
? Flexibility of thinking. You can think across the full marketing spectrum and flex your thinking from high to low. You have strong opinions that are loosely held.
