Job Summary:
As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, setting appointments, and following up with potential customers. Your goal is to engage leads, build relationships, and generate appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to potential customers.
- Respond to online inquiries and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Schedule sales appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CDK system.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Achieve performance targets, including lead conversions and appointment setting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in BDC, automotive sales, call center or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CDK systems and basic computer skills.
- Exceptional written & oral communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven role.
