Maintenance Director needed for Bayside Care Center Skilled Nursing Facility.

The Maintenance Director is responsible for:

- Maintenance and repair of physical structures and utility systems of the facility

- Maintenance of outside grounds

- Repairs to mechanical equipment

- Maintenance of records and logs as part of state regulations

- Safety inspections, including checking the operational condition of fire safety and emergency alert system.

$30-$32 per hour

- Strong aptitude in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

- Good verbal and written communication skills
