Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of landscapers and laborers to ensure the successful completion of landscape construction projects.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints, design plans, and project specifications.
• Manage site preparation, grading, hardscape installation, planting, irrigation, and other landscape construction tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and proper documentation.
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

 Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a leadership role in landscape construction or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and operate landscape construction machinery.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
