Description

The Account Analyst provides a high level of support with maintaining and servicing client accounts. This position assists the Account Manager with gathering, organizing and delivering project materials, reports and results, general account assistance and other special projects. Supported directly by the SR Account Analyst and reporting to the Director of Account Management, the Account Analyst will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships. 


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination and tasks related to the implementation of benefits enrollment projects, specifically assisting with the project checklist and timelines.
  • Aid team integration across departments to effectively deliver tasks on time, holding team members accountable to deadlines.
  • Gather and store case documents including but not limited to budget and goals, plan of enrollment, counselor scripts, and required client documentation for Carriers.
  • Support and participate in weekly case project team meetings.
  • Assist with scheduling calls with team members, clients, carriers and brokers. 
  • Document the weekly client and team calls.
  • Collaborate and organize the Enrollment Manual with the required case specifics.
  • Contribute during case training for the benefit counselor success.
  • Collect client census information for distribution to required parties. 
  • Participate in any replacement processes including but not limited to, product mapping over to new Carrier and arranging materials needed for upcoming product RFP.
  • Enrollment System Support: Organize and store carrier specification documents, census information and assist with testing enrollment platform.
  • Analyze and store case results and counselor reporting.
  • Generate and organize statistical data from Oracle and enrollment platforms for reporting to Client, Broker and EOI Marketing.
  • Analyze and audit project enrollments.
  • Process, track and assist in resolving customer service issues.
  • Assist with the set-up of monthly new hires project timelines, licensing and training materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

 Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to work on a fast paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Track record of success working on multiple tasks and delivery high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to accurately document discussions.
  • Experience with excel and report writing.
  • Ability to Problem Solve
  •  Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Computer proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, and the ability to navigate Enrollment Management Systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s degree preferred with some business courses
  • Insurance industry Experience is preferred 
  • Current Insurance license a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods staring at a computer screen, with consistent exposure to blue light and glare.
  • Reaching, stretching, and bending of arms periodically.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
