Salary: Pay is calculated based on years of licensed experience

  • Full-Time| Starting at $60k annually
  • Part-time | Starting at $29/hour

We provide supervision for LPCs looking to receive their LCPC


Retention Sign-on Bonus: $2500

Job Summary & Deliverables

The ideal therapist is a motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude and a compassionate and empathetic individual with a genuine passion for helping people. Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and compassion for individuals facing mental health challenges. Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing situations.

  • Creates individualized care plans with detailed goals and objectives
  • Provides individual and group evidence-based psychotherapy interventions
  • Utilizes evidence-based interventions and tools to assist with treatment.
  • Assists with program support needs as necessary
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College
  • Current or pending certification as either: LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, LPC, LCPC
  • 2+ years’ experience in social services
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer service
