Description
- Represent REI at conferences and universities
- Attend several conferences per year – campus ministry conferences, missions conferences, etc.
- Attend missions fairs at various universities
- Visit certain strategic campuses to connect with campus ministry directors, heads of departments, and other strategic personnel
- Follow up with all connections to share more details about REI, positions that are a good fit, the application process, as well as facilitate introductions to Director of Recruiting and any pertinent country leaders and staff members
- Collaborate with recruiting team on various recruiting projects such as maintaining the Serve page of the website, designing marketing materials, assisting with creation of job descriptions, etc.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills – must enjoy talking to and connecting with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills – must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Motivated, energetic, and passionate about REI and our mission
- Fulltime employment – up to 40 hours per week
- Ability to travel
- Must currently live (or be willing to relocate) to the Southwest (CA, NV, UT, CO, NM, AZ, TX); Midwest (ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, IN, MI); or Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, MT)
